I've had The Garlic Knot's pizza at a few different food festivals. Galt Mile and New Time Pairings that I remember for sure. On both occasions I thought their pizza was great. Thin, cheesy, crispy New York style. Each time I tried it I said to myself that I had to go, and finally I made it. We had been at Funky Buddha Brewery where a few people were getting delivery from Garlic Knot. I am very easily swayed, and although we had a few snacks from the food truck earlier in the night, I decided to place an order for pickup on the way home so we would have something to soak up the beer before bedtime. My order was for a cheese pizza and garlic knots, and was quotes at about a twenty minute wait time. When I arrived my pizza was ready and I was out the door quickly. While inside I noticed they had a nice dining room area, so I figured if the pizza was good, I might come in for dinner one night. We got home and the pizza was certainly good. Very cheesy, and the crust was definitely on of the more authentic that I've had here in Florida. My only complaint was that the pizza was a little greasy, but that can sometimes be a product of takeout, as I don't remember that being an issue in my previous samplings. The garlic knots were yummy as well, even the marina dipping sauce they came with was good. It tasted homemade and not too sweet. I'm giving five stars partially because of The Garlic Knot's community involvement. This particular night they were giving 20% of each order to 100+ Abandoned Dogs. They even had representatives outside (both humans and dogs) from the organization to get people aware of the number of animals who need good homes. I almost left with a dog and a pizza, and I think it's great the Garlic Knot gives back.

I Love their House Pie. The 22" Pie that is only available by Cut. They don't sell for takeout, why I still never got a sensible answer, but I can live with the way it is. Pizza should be ordered a little well done I have ordered the Small House salad with the Blue Cheese Dressing which is pretty good The Garlic ROLLS WITH THE CHEESE ARE GREAT The Servers are Great and everyone leaves happy, full and with Money in their Pocket. .

I've tried the pizza and knots again since my last visit, and the knots are significantly better with the chopped garlic, which you have to ask for, because it doesn't come with them regularly. The pizza was pretty good this time around, and I think that's cause it was really hot when i got it, so this time around the cheese was actually melty. I picked it up myself instead of waiting for delivery, so that helped in getting the pizza while it was piping hot. Crust was the same as last time. Overall, I'd order again. Definitely a decent option in the area.

Stop by here on my way to the Crowne plaza. The pizza was spot on. The stuffed pizza is enough to feed you for a few days. Between my fiancé and I we ate from the same pizza 3 times. Just a side note we are big eaters so the fact that we couldn't finish this pizza the second day was shocking The garlic knots with cheese is served hot and was not greasy. We asked for extra garlic and it was still not over powering. The server was friendly and prompt. So if you want a stuffed pizza that leaves you stuffed than come here. I will be coming back.

Great food fast delivery and always hot! Keep up the great work. I have ordered several times and always happy at the end of each meal. I dont think the seafood meal was worth it. But, if you having the craving go for it....tasty just shrimp and seafood tiny . Of course garlic knots make the wait worthwhile. Thanks guys!

Great food! I tried them for the first time today and loved every moment of my dinner! The Pizza, Garlic Knots and Hot wings are really good!! Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be back really soon!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots on Monday night. It was surprising to have someone pleasant and nice taking the order..she was really personable...since service has been spotty at best for about the last year or so. The pizza was good, but the garlic knots were pretty dry. All in all, it was a good meal....the kids enjoyed the pizza !

Well we decided to come back...and smother ourselves in pizza goodness. The Bensonhurst is 15# of crusty pizza extravaganza! ! Oh and the garlic knots are much better without the cheese. (Update 5/12/15 - this pizza is the Sicilian NOT the Bensonhurst, Sicilian which we ordered. This was discovered after a botched delivery order. The manager has informed us that the menu descriptions will be changed to make the differences more obvious. The Bensonhurst lacks Mozzarella and only has shredded Romano )

This week marked my first visit to The Garlic Knot and it made a grand first impression. On this night we opted for take-out, and walked in to find a nice entry to the host as well as a somewhat separate area for diners with booths and tables that was clean and very inviting. Our Greenwich Village Specialty pizza was ready in 20 minutes and generously topped with mushrooms, meatball, garlic (very very light on garlic) and extra cheese on a tasty, crisp crust. I rarely opt for meat on my pizza, but these meatballs were oh so good that I devoured each slice with great pleasure. We added a caesar salad that consisted of romaine with croutons and parmesan with dressing on the side - plain and simple and nothing to brag about. The half dozen garlic knots topped with mozzarella were also severely lacking on garlic and therefore flavor but the bread rolls were fluffy and tasty. The marinara sauce was a stand-out! Friendly and adept service, a must try for families (Monday nights kids eat free), lunch specials til 4, delivery til 9 or 10, and catering and private parties. I read the box only to discover this franchise has its origins in the amazing State of Colorado. Hard to believe I waited this long to try this casual Italian-American gem - hooray for The Garlic Knot!

  • Julie T.

Wow. What an improvement. I tried their Sicilian pizza and it was fantastic! It was so crusty, fluffy and "airy". After the owner, Alex, read my review, he so graciously wanted my husband and I to try their pizza again. Now I know that I will be coming back for their great Sicilian pizza (don't forget the garlic knots) and generous service! If you're a meat lover, you must get the pepperoni, sausage and meatball toppings. It was delicious.

  • Nancy H.

Great pizza and great service! Was here with a friend who is a "regular" and had the Grandma Pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Very tasty!!! This is a chain originated out of Colorado, but has a great family feel to it. I wish they served liquor, but the selection of house wines was pretty decent

  • Danielle M.

So good! Loved the garlic knots with mozzarella, and the pizza! Although we didn't have dessert they have hand scooped ice cream and milkshakes! Super laid back family friendly environment. But for real... That food

Everything thing in this place is simply amazing. From the garlic nots, the pizzas and my all time favorite is the calzones. Not to mention their homemade Marinara sauce and ranch, simply exquisite. I will be returning every chance I get.

Pizza day in school was always my favorite. Maybe because it was always Friday, but I'm pretty sure it was because there was pizza for lunch. Looking back at how disgusting that doughy pizza was, my pallet had been refined and I consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur. Ok, really I'm not...I just like bread and cheese a lot - plus anything I can eat with my hands is a + for me. Really surprised by how good Garlic Knot is - not that I should be, the Yelp reviews are pretty great. On the way in I thought to myself: "Man, I really hope the crust is thin, and crispy..yea nice and crispy with ooey, gooey, melted cheese. That would be great." We arrived and the place was somewhat empty....no biggie, I'm sure it was after the lunch rush. We were sat immediately and were taken care of by one of the nicest servers I have had in South Florida. He was an older gentleman, with a ton of energy and super welcoming. He was always on top of his game...really made the experience the best. Sorry I forgot your name, I saved it on the receipt, but unfortunately threw that away a few days ago by mistake! We went with the lunch specials: 2 slices & a soda for ~$6! The slices were pretty big...and I got a cheese slice and a ham/pineapple slice (extra for toppings). Man, did they pile on the toppings. It was almost TOO much ham and pineapple...I scraped some off...but of course scooped most if back up to have it with the crust. haha Sidenote - they had Cherry Coke. If you know me, you know I can NEVER resist ordering a Cherry Coke when it's available. The place is NICE and spotless. Parking is super easy as it's in the middle of a shopping plaza with pleny of parking. Perfect for a casual date night - and we plan to come back and try some of the pastas soon.

We love garlic knots! Get them with or without the mozz, it doesn't matter! They're delish

  • Brigida F.

Order from this place all the time. The food is always great.... pizza, lasagna, garlic knots.... all delicious. Sometimes a little slow on delivery but it's worth the wait.

    (4)
  • Vinny V.

The Garlic knots are great! Especially with the mozzarella!! The pizza is good but not amazing. I plan on trying an entree or two. If the regular food is good I will add a start. =)

    (3)
  • Sean R.

The mozzarella sticks are average, meatballs are ok, but I think they need more oregano. The Calzone was decent, but I think it's a bit over priced, for it's size. I ordered the blue razzberry Italian ice for dessert, they gave me blueberry. I wasn't happy, but still giving a fair review.

    (3)
  • Edith P.

The staff and service was great and the Sicilian pizza was delicious.... The best I've had in a very long time. I'll be back.

Love this place. We eat here atleast once a week. The food is great and the people are real. Thank you to Alex for great service and Steven for a great delivery experience! Eat here its great!

  • Nicole H.

LOVED IT!! We brought the whole family and not one person complained. The garlic knots were as yummy as I hoped!! We ordered the XL pizza with ham and pineapple. It was seriously one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The owner stopped by our table and chatted with us and gave our little ones some coloring stuff.

  • Krystle K.

Food was good, serves was awesome. Advertising was bad. Went to do a learn to make a pizza and ad said $19.95 per person. When we paid it was $29.95 per person because we were only 2 people. The ad didn't mention that price would be more because we were only 2 people. Not sure if we will go back to do that again unless we have a big group.

    (2)
  • Brandyn S.

Went in for a take out and received the wrong thing. I noticed when I got to work so it was to late to go back. I called them and they were very accommodating. They made me a new calzone without the ricotta and sent it right out for delivery. One of the best calzones I have had in a long time. Will be returning!

  • Jonathan M.

This is one of our favorite pizzas in the area. We have mostly stuck with their Sicilian style pizzas as they are incredibly filling and gets us lots of leftovers. Their garlic knots are decent. They have a bit too much of a powdered garlic taste, though. Their customer service is fantastic, though. We weren't happy with a pizza once and the owner saw our review and invited us back and corrected the mistake. Because of the good pizza and customer service we keep coming back. :)

  • Gladys G.

I went there with a VERY large group (50) and was worried that the waiting time would be bad. NO WORRIES! The staff was spot on with service, accuracy and so very friendly. The food is excellent! They use high quality cheeses and a home made sauce to boot.I had a calzone that oooozed with hot cheese. I will go there again and again. Special shout out to Amanda and her funny, excellent service!

I posted another picture of the specially shaped pizza my husband ordered for me. I've tried other NY style pizzerias but The Garlic Knot is as good as it gets!!!

    (5)
  • Kari F.

Fantastic pizza!!! They have many styles of pizza (the New York style rocks) and the pasta is incredible! The garlic knots are very fresh and delicious as their signature namesake attraction.

    (5)
  • Amanda H.

They catered a work function, and the food was pretty good! Granted, it wasn't as fresh as it would have been had I ordered myself or eaten in, but it was still pretty darn good. Sampled the pizza (excellent crust and cheese!); the baked ziti (a bit bland); the chef's special (OMG, Excellent!); and the garlic knots (I love any type of garlic bread, and these were good, though I would have preferred real garlic, not garlic powder). The cinnamon knots were also good, but not outstanding. The cheesecake was awesome! Also, good salad and oil based caesar dressing. I look forward to trying it on my own!

  • Pedro M.

I overdid it today. I enjoyed garlic knots with mozzarella. Then I had the Stromboli. The Stromboli was crispy which made the last bites a bit rough. I ended my meal with a slice of pepperoni. Too much food but it was amazing!

By far the best pizza I have had in south Florida...it was like being back in NYC. The owner Alex came to our table to introduce himself and from the start we had a wonderful experience at The Garlic Knot. The food was fresh and you could see and taste the attention to detail in the pizza and garlic knots. Wine was decent and well worth the under $5 for a glass. Very impressed. I can't wait to go back and we will be sending our friends as well. Thanks for the great experience.

    (5)
  • David A.

Pizza is decent. A bit over-priced, however there's deals going on most of the time. Asked a driver yesterday and apparently delivery fees go directly to offset cost of menu items, not to the driver. People in there have a New York attitude complete with foul language, ect. Ok for a quick slice.

I have picked up lunch many times from The Garlic Knot, and I really like their pizza and especially the garlic knots and sauce that comes with them. I think the prices are good also - large slice of pepperoni, 5 knots with sauce, and a drink for the same as fast food. On the downside, I find that the lady who is usually at the front counter and answering the phone can be very rude and last time I ordered from here I had such a bad experience that I tell myself I won't order from here again. She is usually OK with just that NY/Jersey abrupt style about her. Once my co-worker came back from picking up our lunch furious at how rude he felt she had been to him, but I had never had a problem. I was ordering once or twice a week and would call and my order would be ready for pickup when I got there. Then about a month ago when I picked up my order they handed me a business-type card with a number to text in orders and told me that I could text in my order instead of calling if I preferred and it would be ready when I came to pick it up. So next time I ordered - about a week later - I texted in my order and then my co-worker went to pick it up. When he arrived, they said they had no order and he called me from his cell and put the lady on the phone. I said that I texted it in and she said "Oh, we don't have texting. There's no order" So I said OK, you told me to text it in last week, but that's OK, I'll give you my order and we'll wait for it. She said "honey, we don't have an order and we're very busy right now. Next time, call in the order." I said that I would and since we were on the phone and my co-worker was already there could I give it to her now, and that's fine for us to wait for it. She told me to call the main restaurant line, so I did and got the order. Basically, I won't bore you with the whole conversation, but she was just so rude... I understand if they discontinued the texting... but she had given me the texting info just a few days before and then acted like I was insane to have texted in the order?? The problem was not that the order wasn't ready or that I needed to be able to text it in, the problem was that she was so rude about it to both me and my co-worker for doing something she told me the week before to do!

This place SUKS ASS ! I have ordered on many occasions since they opened and they fuck it up EVERY FUCKING TIME !!! THE SERVICE SUKS ASS ! If you order today you MIGHT RECEIVE IT BY TOMORROW !! It's been an hour and 30 minutes on this order alone ! They are rude first of all on the phone like your doing them a favor by ordering ...... Yeah ..... And then they always have an excuse of some dumb new delivery guy ....... I'm serious it gets old and they suk! I would gladly attend any going out of business party cause they don't deserve to be n business

The food is not bad. I didn't really care for the garlic knots. They use garlic powder. Unacceptable! But all in all, it was ok.

I always cry when I get got. Why don't you call your Pasta dish "GET GOT with KNOTS" it's hurts me to be Got and I was Got. It makes me cry. Recently I selected the Garlic Spaghetti & Oil with added Spinach... should be simple right? WRONG ... I couldn't stop crying, I just wasted my money on the worst simple dish to prepare here at this location . I guess it's my fault. I didn't ask the following questions, I just assumed this classic dish would be prepared the simple classical way....if I had only ask first , it would go like... Q-Do you use fresh garlic in this dish? A-No.. minced , its from a container it's easier. It's tasteless but quick & easy. It's delivered that way. Who wants to peel trim & slice fresh Garlic? you silly customer. Q- Ok, Will the Spinach you are charging me extra for, be fresh, frozen or canned? A-Well....Not fresh, the garlic isn't, why bother its Pasta, you silly customer. Listen It's spinach it's soggy, green, flat overcooked and tasteless. That's the way we roll here. Really... come on Restaurant Owner and talented Culinary staff, where is the pride? You have three main ingredients in this dish, you put it on your menu. Why can't they be FRESH? Fresh garlic, Fresh Spinach leaves ,seasoning.. maybe a sprig of fresh basil on top of the Pasta? Ok, I am just a silly customer. Here is some advice for any Culinary Artist that believes in quality. There is NEVER any good reason to use jar mince garlic NEVER it will NEVER replace fresh garlic NEVER. You have a lot invested, a great location and a lot of locals calling in for delivery orders. I want you to succeed really, so donate all your jar minced garlic to your competitor because whom ever is using it won't be in business long FRESH IS BEST... There shouldn't be any Crying in eating Garlic Pasta . TJ

Had delivery for lunch. Four pies. $84!! Not worth the price. However, the quality of the toppings (not necessarily the cheese) were pretty good and salvaged SOME the value here. We wouldn't order it again unless we had a darn good coupon or unless they lowered their prices.

Very disappointed. Looked like a nice place, nice early bird menu until the salad was full of dirt! Not a little dirt, but pieces of lettuce filled with dirt. The waitress tried to accommodate by offering soup. Nothing was taken off the bill. I would have gotten up and left but others in my party wanted to stay. Again very disappointed.

  • Gil O.

I will give 3 stars just because on Tuesdsy, at 2 for 1 night I got a distracted waitress (a tall woman) and they forgot the chicken on Chef's special penne and also she didn't bring the knots with my baked meat lassnha. But at the end. the bill was unbeliveable cheap. I'll be back for another try. My lasanha was delicious.

Simply incredible traditional Italian food. The pizza is New York thin.or thick. The entrees range from veal to chicken dishes and the sauce is like homemade. I love their veal parm. Their spaghetti is delish. You get garlic knots (rolls) with your meal or you can order them as an appetizer. They drip with hot garlic. There are also cheese topped knots and sweet knots for dessert. They also have the best Tiramisu I ever tasted! The owner is from NYC and he knows good food. The staff is so nice. We love to go here for a great, hearty Italian meal!

I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars. We wanted to try a new place in town. We placed a pick up order for a large "big apple" veggie pizza for $23. The person who answered the phone and who we picked the pizza up from was kind of rude and short, whatever. We brought the pizza home and it was ok but we were looking forward to a larger pizza with better sized toppings for the price we were paying . It just seemed like the toppings were diced up very small , not your traditional whole veggie toppings. The pizza was ok but nothing spectacular, nothing about it really stood out . not sure I would recommend.

So today I have tried them again, Monday 9/22/14. Ordered the stuffed pizza with sausage, meatball, onion and pineapple. It was very filling, we all put down one piece each, compared to 4 of a traditional pie. Very pleased and will return.

Ordered the stuffed pizza and it was a monster. I made it through a piece and a half.

I come here to eat dinner any time that I have a painting class at the Funky Buddha. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the food is a great value, and you get a good amount of it. The garlic and cinnamon knots are excellent and a major reason I come here instead of other pizza places. The dessert of ice cream and cinna-knots is a simple looking but decadent tasting way to end a meal. The race against the clock to eat the ice cream before the knots melt it is as delicious as it is futile.

  • Daniel S.

I had high hopes, but this was a real let down. The woman at the counter yelled at the customer before me and wasn't very friendly to me either. I ordered the pasta with oil and garlic and sausage. The sausage was ok, the pasta was over cooked and very bland. Also, they didn't bring me any silverware or the garlic knots that were supposed to be included. Had to ask for both and they didn't even apologize. I won't be back.

  • Marqus R.

I really couldn't ask for a friendlier place. Their staff really knows how to treat you well, put you at ease and make you feel wanted. If I were rating solely upon the attentiveness and the warm feeling of their staff it would be five stars but I'm going to stick with the quality, taste and flavor of the food which I found to be somewhat on the shy side of being mediocre at best. I opted for the garlic knots, penne pasta and eggplant parmigiana. The garlic knots were really very good but not discernibly better than the traditional garlic bread found elsewhere. As for the penne pasta, I found the red sauce, presumably a marinara to be identical to the sauce I found on my parmigiana, both rather bland and as far as the eggplant, breaded and sliced thin, commercial in taste, lacking in eggplant freshness or flavor and with a slimy texture. In one word: Meh! and unimpressive. I will however say that the place has a nice clean feel about it and when I was there, fresh cut flowers on the table with, for a fast food place, some decent ambiance about it.

I'm on vacation here in Florida and decided to try this place. The girl on the phone told me their pizza is amazing. Being from Chicago that's hard to actually be true...however the plain cheese pizza from this place was soooo good!!! The ONLY reason I'm not giving this all 5 stars is because the pasta was horrible. I also ordered penne with mushrooms and broccoli in cream sauce. This had no flavor and the garlic knots mixed in were all mushy. Go for the pizza, avoid the pasta

Gross pizza with little toppings and way too much cheese. Soggy crust. There are no good pizza places in florida.

Everything I had was delicious: garlic knots and white pizza We came with our Girl Scout troop, and they did a make-your-own pizza party. The kids had a blast, and my "I hate pizza!" kid ate the whole thing. I found out we can do a GNO make-your-own pizza party, too! Sounds like a blast.

Pizza was good. Crust was good. Garlic knots were good. Service was good. My only complaint is that the pizza was a tad greasy, but still delicious! We tried this place on a whim and were very satisfied. It's hard to find a decent pizza place around these parts and this is one I would definitely come back to!

  • Alejandra M.

We ordered a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni, BBQ wings and a cannoli. The pizza and cannoli were great, but we weren't big fans of the wings. The sauce wasn't very good on the wings. The delivery service was great and the person who took my order over the phone was really nice. Overall it was a good experience. We will definitely go back for more pizza and cannoli.

Really liked this place. First off the wait staff greeted me with enthusiasm and were immediately attentive - bringing me a drink right away. So...we're off to a great start. My waitress recommended the baked ziti with meatballs. It was delicious. It also came with 2 "knots" - also delicious. All this for $9.25! I also had the tiramisu. I'd give it a solid B. Not the best, but still very good. Definitely check the place out. If you're looking for a clean, friendly place with good food and great service - this will definitely fit the bill.

Disappointed in White Pizza and Park Avenue was ok but soggy. Garlic knots were basic without any olive oil or fresh garlic. Just bread really.

First time actually reading in the restaurant. And it surpassed my expectations by far! We started off with the garlic knots of course. Pay the extra 0.20 cents and get the mozzarella cheese..they were amazing! The dough tasted nice and fresh. Warning, they don't have actual pieces of garlic on them, but they have plenty of Gallic flavor, you won't even miss it! I also got a house salad which was HUGE and very good with the balsamic vinaigrette. We also got three slices of pizza, one plain cheese, one with sausage/pepperoni. The crust is nice and crispy, the sauce is completely homemade! The mozzarella cheese is the best I've tasted on a pizza. I also ordered the Alfredo (penne blanco) and let me tell you, that sauce had homemade written all over it! The pasta was cooked just perfectly and the sauce was great. We also talked with the manager Debbie, who is so passionate and talked to us about the whole restaurant and the pizza night class. Will DEFINITELY be back here real soon! Very pleased! She even gave me a free scoop of vanilla ice cream. Very clean...that's an understatement..it's immaculate!

All hail the reigning and mighty Dutches of The Garlic Knot. Dats me. I realized today that my first review only awarded 4 stars, and that's a shame because The Garlic Knot deserves a million! Yelp only allows us to give up to 5 though, so alas, my update and one additional star added. The Garlic Knots here are just so delicious. Go for adding the melted mozzarella on top of the knots; it takes what is already pretty close to garlic roll perfection to a level where you will likely want to rip your face off from sheer delight. And the pizza... omg you haven't had pizza this delicious in like forever. Everything is clean, the service is top notch and the food comes out super quick.

Been ordering delivery a lot lately - at least once a week! Love the pizza! Only thing thats been getting on my nerve is a specific driver doesn't come all the way up to my door... i have to go out to the parking lot bc he is "lost". -_- He has been here twice and still doesn't know. All the other drivers find the place just fine - KUDOS to them! Aside from that - I love calling in and the pizza is great!

Great pizza and garlic knots! We ordered a White Pizza, which was great! However, I wish they would use more seasoning on the crust. Also, the service was friendly and fast. I would highly recommend ordering from here. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. :)

Food was OK. I had a personal pizza w/ pepperoni and it was pretty greasy, nothing spectacular. Wings were pretty good.

We ordered 8 pizzas to celebrate my husbands birthday at a local bar-4 plain, two veggie and two pepperoni. The pizza was hot, fresh and ready right on time. The veggie in particular was delicious, The veggies were fresh and crisp with a nice variety. The garlic knots also were really delicious. This was out first time ordering from The Garlic Knot, and it won't be our last!

Went here today for an adult's birthday party. We made our own pizzas, and got an education on how to make a pizza by the owner who was really nice. We started out with garlic knots, salad, and our own pizza. My compliments to the chef! We finished with cinnamon garlic knots, coffee, and ice cream. Not only was the owner very accommodating, so was all of his help. The food and service were great, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a kid's party as well as an adult's!!

Ordered from here a few nights ago. The lady was rude on the phone and delivery took over an hour and a half. Everything was cold. Famous garlic knots were burned and soaked in pure garlic. The meatballs tasted alright but had a spam consistency. The pizza is really good though.

One of our favorite delivery places. We typically get a large pie, buffalo wings, and garlic knots. The pizza is great. Tastes fresh and always hot on arrival. Wings are great, not gummy or rubbery like alot of places around here. Medium sauce is just right if you like 'm spicy. Garlic knots are good, nothing special. I prefer a bit more garlic in a garlic knot but that is a minor gripe. Staff ia friendly and orders are accurate. Will definitely order again.

This is the first Florida location for a chain out of Colorado. It resides in a a strip mall but don't let that turn you away. We were greeted right away and all the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The garlic knots are yummy and served piping hot. Our Mott St pizza was fresh and really great. Husband got the Sausage Roll and it didn't have much sausage, but they did offer to give him something else. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will probably be back.

I ordered a 16 inch margherita pizza and 5 garlic knots to go, picked them up to eat at home. The knots had the right amount of potent garlic flavor and aroma without being excessive. I only tasted the included marinara sauce on my fingertip and it tasted fresh and light, just right. The pizza was a tad bit crusty for thin crust, but enjoyable and delicious with delicate flavors; maybe a little spare on the basil. My friend remarked that this was wayyyy better than (our usual) Papa John's to which I replied "Well, DUHH!" Of course, the combo cost twice as much as a Papa John's pizza, but it tasted more than twice as fresh and flavorful. You get what you pay for. I think the word that some reviewers are searching for is "brusque" (not rude) when it comes to the hostess who takes your order and sells you your pizza.* Eh, that's her manner. Deal with it and enjoy your pie; you aint precious. We will be back. * Edit: We liked it so much we ordered pizza and knots the very next day and she recognized me by name. So scratch "rude", scratch "brusque", make it "no BS", as in the manner in which it became "A New York minute".

Always good service, but most importantly great food. I usually have the Chef's Special Penne Pasta which comes with 2 Garlic Knots. Also, I have had their pizza on numerous occasions. It hits the spot whenever I go there.

Amazing food (if you want to eat there) I am not too fond of the delivery food. Stromboli came very soggy and this isn't how it is in the restaurant. I am wondering if there is one amazing cook and one not so amazing cook. However- THE FOOD WHEN I ATE HERE WITH MY HUSBAND WAS INCREDIBLE! As for the reviews about the lady that is rude- she should be fired But I haven't had her answer my calls, so maybe I got lucky. Pizza RAWKS, Stromboli Rawks, Sauses ALL RAWK Garlic Rolls are TOO GOOD!!!!

Good food, lunch specials are great. Weird enough- I essentially ordered a margherita pizza slice and it tasted better than when I ordered the little Italy pizza (the equivalent of margherita)

Funniest delivery guy ever! He drove a gold van (kinda creepy), took at least 10 mins to get my order out of his creeper mobile (creepier) then came to my door without a pen and looked like he was high as fuck. You definitely need to have a sense of humor! The pizza was great but don't order knots with cheese for delivery, the cheese comes hard and stuck to the pan.

Overall dissapointing. The white sauce was next to abscent on our grilled chix & broccoli pizza making it dry, the knots were soggy & the dipping mainera watery. While the delivery driver arrived earlier than forcasted & the box was hot, the temp of the pizza was not. :-/

We have ordered delivery from here on a few occasions and I must say that everything that we have tried has been pretty good. They give you decent sized portions of pasta that include 2 of the garlic knots and the pizza is pretty good as well. We will continue to order from here.

A big whoop! whoop! to the Garlic Knot! This was our first time eating there and we were impressed from the moment we pulled up. Nice outdoor seating area, attentive and friendly wait staff. One of the owners(?) came over personally to welcome us and tell us the story about the booth we were sitting in. It was dedicated to the life of an NYPD/FDNY officer who lost his life due to cancer caused by the poisons he inhaled at Ground Zero on 9/11. How can you go wrong with a place with a heart as big as that? The salads are served super cold, the garlic knots are out of this world, and the pizza was beyond yummylicious. Well worth your time and definitely not the last time they'll be seeing our smiles!

I stopped here in between doctor appointments on a whim. I've lived here 2 years and have driven by it 1000 times. Sure glad I chose them over Chicken Kitchen. slice of Cheese was awesome....best slice I have had in Florida. Garlic knots on the house for being a first time guest (nice gesture btw!) were awesome and the complimentary gravy was perfectly seasoned. Meatball sub did not disappoint....they use the "great" quality mozzarella and you can tell. Gina , the server, was nice and made some great recommendations for our next visit. Chris, the owner/pizza chef introduced himself and was really nice and welcoming. Btw Chris....the chocolate cake was off the chain!!!! :) atmosphere was nice, not overly done and comfortable....felt like and smelled like I was in Brooklyn! Only thing is I wish the TV was working....

Meh. I was referred here and was really looking forward to it. I picked up a large cheese pie and it was just so so. It smelled better than it tasted. For almost $16 for a plain pizza, I'm skeptical to give it another try.

Friendly for sure! I got 2 pizzas and 10 garlic knots with melted mozz. on them to go for the boys at the shop here at work. On the phone, while I could tell she was busy, she was very polite. I showed up a little early so the food wasn't ready yet. I paid and was offered a drink while I waited :) Brought the food back to work and started to dig in. I'm guessing these knots are better when they are just out because they were a little on the chewy side, but still tasty. The pizza was great! One was a white pizza and one was a traditional. YUMMY! We'll be back for sure and one day I hope to be able to eat in to get the full Garlic Knot effect ;)

Excellent food. Ordered two pasta dishes to be delivered. Order arrived in less than 45 minutes. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. The garlic knots were great. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Good Pizza, thin and crisp, excellent sauce. Had Lunch here. Nice Surroundings, friendly staff. The only disappointment, was while the salads were good, they are garden salads, or a chicken salad. Possibly they should maybe introduce a antipasto salad that is more along the Italian theme, for those who want Italian fare, but don't want to fill up on pizza at noon or dinner.

I'm sure we would have an excellent experience if we dined in, but it has been the complete opposite with delivery. The first time we ordered, they forgot our garlic knots. No big deal as they made a note to give us extra with our next order. No one needs 20 garlic knots, however, much appreciated. Except, the second time we ordered it took an HOUR AND A HALF to receive. We live less than 5 minutes away! Sure, we could go pick it up, but sometimes ya just wanna stay in and order a good pizza. So, we ate our pizza in frustration, but we finally found a local pizza that we enjoy so we tried for a 3rd time. Well, 3 strikes you're out! They took the order over the phone correctly, but forgot to add our toppings during that whole cooking process! WHAT'S IT TAKE TO JUST GET IT RIGHT ONCE?!? Good pizza though. The delivery drivers are always very pleasant. It's a shame the service to get that delivery is so poor.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
